Planning your visit to our historic Taos hotel? Here’s everything you need to know to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Reservations & Check-In/Out

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM or later

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM or earlier

• Late check-out:

  • Requests must be made in advance

  • After 1:00 PM: Half-day room charge

  • After 3:00 PM: Full-day room charge

  • Luggage storage available upon request

• Front Desk Hours: Open 24/7 for your convenience

Children & Occupancy

• Children 12 and under stay free with a paying adult

• Maximum room occupancy: 5 guests

🐾 Pet-Friendly Hotel Policy

We welcome pets in designated pet-friendly rooms, subject to availability.

• Pet fee: $15.00 + tax per pet, per night

• Cleaning deposit: $150.00 per stay

• Undeclared pets: $150 cleaning fee + $25.00 taxable fee per day

• Please call ahead to reserve a pet-friendly room

Optional Room Add-Ons (Subject to Availability)

• Rollaway Bed: $10.00 + tax per night

• Pack n’ Play Crib: $10.00 + tax per night

• Microwave: $15.00 + tax per night

Cancellation Policy

• A valid credit card is required to hold all reservations

• Cancel at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid fees

• Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a one-night + tax charge

• Holiday and peak travel periods may have different policies—please confirm at booking

Accessibility & General Info

• A limited number of ADA-accessible rooms are available—please inquire when booking

• Missing or damaged items may result in additional charges

• Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms

  • Outdoor smoking permitted 50 feet from entrances

  • Smoking in rooms incurs a $200 cleaning fee

  • Cannabis use (recreational or medicinal) is not permitted on property
