Sagebrush Inn & Suites offers multiple indoor and outdoor spaces accommodating meetings & conferences ranging from 600 guests to an intimate group of 12. Our indoor meeting event spaces include:
Chamisa I and Chamisa II Ballrooms
Offering 4,500 square feet of space, the Chamisa I and Chamisa II Ballrooms are ideal indoor locations for your meeting or conference. Each room features a kiva-style fireplace, hand carved wooden doors, and a built-in sound system. Accommodating groups of 100 - 300 people, these are large meeting spaces with unique southwest charm.
Chamisa Grand Ballroom
Offering over 9,000 square feet of flexible space, the Chamisa Ballroom is the largest open, indoor space in Taos. The ballroom features two kiva-style fireplaces, hand carved wooden doors, and a built-in sound system. Accommodating groups of up to 600 people, this is a big space to throw a large conference of any size.
Chamisa Lobby
Looking to throw a mixer or social gathering? The Chamisa Lobby has a gorgeous atmosphere with Southwestern charm and modern conveniences. Accommodating groups of up to 100 people, there is no better place to host a cocktail hour after a long day of meetings.
Piñon Room
The Piñon Room is a charming event space offers stunning mountain views perfect for an intimate meeting. Accommodating up to 30 people, this petite space may be just what you’re looking for! Having conferences in the chamisa Chamisa Ballroom? The Piñon Room makes the perfect addition for breakout space and workshops.
Zuni Room
The most petite event space that we have available, the Zuni room provides a perfect space when you need a little something extra. Accommodating up to 25 people, the Zuni Room is a great addition to the Chamisa Ballroom for small workshops and meetings.
Ristra Office Space
The Ristra Office Space is conveniently located directly off of the Chamisa Lobby making it the perfect hub for operations during conferences of all shapes and sizes.
Gorman Rooms
The most intimate and charming of our event spaces, the Gorman Rooms feature hard wood floors, an authentic viga ceiling, two kiva-style fireplaces, and an abundance of Southwest charm. Accommodating up to 100 people, this is a unique space to host your next meeting.
Studio Meeting Room
This intimate space is ideal for classroom style meetings or as a hospitality suite for you and your guests. Conveniently located in the same building as our Studio guestrooms, the Studio Meeting Rooms accommodates up to 40 people.
Studio Nook
This open-air space is ideal for a welcome or departing reception. Featuring a double-sided fireplace, comfortable seating area, and built-in counter space for food & beverage displays, the open-air Studio Nook accommodates parties up to 40 guests.
Library Landing Board Room
The Library Landing Board Room is an intimate room catering to small meetings and depositions of up to 12 people.
Sagebrush Grill Room
Offering a truly authentic Southwestern experience, the Sagebrush Grill features open-access to the Fireside Patio and an open-concept kitchen. Seating up to 150 people, this is a unique space to hold an luncheon between conferences.
Sagebrush Cantina Bar
Looking for something more casual? Consider hosting your get-together in the Sagebrush Cantina! Built in 1929, you can feel the history around you as you cozy up to the grand fireplace. Hosting parties of up to 50 people, this is a relaxed environment for a casual meeting.
Sagebrush Patio
Join us on the Sagebrush Patio for an outdoor meeting or after conference cocktails. With traditional southwestern ambiance and convenient location off of the Sagebrush Cantina, this is a great space for more casual events.
Fireside Patio
The Fireside Patio is a great outdoor space for after meeting dining. Conveniently located off of the Sagebrush Grill, the Fireside Patio is the perfect way to wind down after a long day of conferences.
Historic Courtyard
The Historic Courtyard is the perfect location for an outdoor luncheon to help break up a day of meetings and events catering to groups of up to 100 people.
Condos Courtyard
The Condos Courtyard is a private grassy courtyard located off of the Deluxe Suites Building. Rent this space for private outdoor meetings or a place to relax without inturruption.
