A Passion for Regional Fare

With more than forty years of professional chef experience in some of the best hotels and resorts in the country, Executive Chef Timothy Wooldridge brings an understanding of exceptional hospitality and a passion for cooking with fresh, local ingredients to Sagebrush Inn & Suites.

Chef Tim is a graduate of Paul Smith's College in New York and holds certificates from L'Academie de Cuisine and the American Culinary Federation. His prior positions have included Alta Ski Area in Utah, Caneel Bay Resort in St. John, US Virgin Islands, and the Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra Beach in Florida, among others. A love of skiing brought Chef Tim and his wife Ann Marie to Taos Ski Valley and the Edelweiss Lodge & Spa. He later co- created and launched Sabroso restaurant and bar in Arroyo Seco.

The Sagebrush Inn team is thrilled to have Chef Tim as Director of Food and Beverage, infusing regional flavors at the Sagebrush Grill & Cantina by partnering with New Mexico growers and purveyors to craft a menu of locally-inspired favorites.

Look forward to delectable Southwest cuisine at The Grill, and dancing the night away or sipping microbrews by the fire at The Cantina.
