Wedding Rules & Policies
* Decorations must be approved by Sales office (please do this prior to purchasing - no confetti or glitter).
* No tacks, push pins, duct tape or packing tape may be used to hang decorations.
* No children under 21 after 10:00 pm.
* The durations of the event may not exceed a total of 8 hours.
* Guest may not return to the event if they leave after the dance has begun.
* Those wanting to consume alcohol must show a proper ID and wear a wristband during the reception.
* We do not guarantee dates until 6 months prior to the event date.
* A $500 deposit is required and will be retained in case of damage or excessive cleaning. If no incident occurs, the deposit may be picked up the following business day.
* Final payment is due in full 7 days prior to wedding.
* A final guarantee of guest count is required 10 days prior to the catered functions.
* All food and beverages will be through the Sagebrush Inn, with exception of your wedding cake.
* The Sagebrush Inn will provide a security guard for the first 100 guests. Additional security guards will be required (1 per every 100 guests - $20 per guard per hour) and will be hired by the Sagebrush Inn.
* The closure of the bar or whole event for safety reasons is left up to the discretion of the manager on duty.
* We reserve the right to have guests leave that are infringing on the safety of other guests or the hotel.
* Our Chamisa Ballroom is able to accommodate up to 550 guests for a wedding reception including a stage and large dance floor ($225 + tax - setup fee), head table, two buffet lines, gift table, cake table and full bar ($100 + tax - setup fee). View Price List
* It is the responsibility of the bride and groom to relay the above policies to all guest and members of the wedding party. Thank you for following the rules and policies of the Sagebrush Inn and Conference Center.
